Shipping timelines depend on the type of item ordered, its availability, and the delivery destination. Please review the information below before placing an order.

Incense orders

Please allow approximately 3–5 days for incense orders to be processed and shipped. Actual transit time depends on the carrier and destination. Tracking information may be provided when available.

International orders

International delivery may take up to approximately two weeks or longer depending on the destination, customs clearance, and carrier conditions. Import duties and taxes may apply according to local regulations.

Custom marble and stone pieces

Marble pieces, including custom-carved bathtubs, may require specialized production and handling. Custom bathtubs typically require approximately 2–3 months for carving and preparation before shipping, as noted in our existing policy. Other stone pieces vary by size, weight, availability, and destination.

Heavy stone items may require freight service or special delivery arrangements. We will discuss estimated delivery timing and suitable options based on the item and your location. Please contact us before ordering if you need a delivery estimate.
